1Personalized Digital Services
All coaching programs are personalized digital services tailored to each client's individual goals and requirements.
Due to the personalized nature of these services, refund eligibility is limited once coaching has commenced.
2Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered only if submitted before:
- •The onboarding process has been completed, or
- •Personalized coaching materials or services have been prepared or delivered.
Once coaching has commenced or personalized services have been provided, payments are generally non-refundable.
3Cancellation by Client
Clients may request to cancel their coaching program at any time by contacting us.
Cancellation will stop future coaching services where applicable, but it does not automatically entitle the client to a refund for services already delivered or work already completed.
4Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate coaching services if a client:
- •Violates these Terms & Conditions;
- •Engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour; or
- •Misuses or unlawfully distributes our coaching materials.
Where appropriate, any refund will be assessed based on the circumstances and any services already delivered.
5Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
